This module handles duplicate messages that are seen when you connect to the bouncer with multiple clients. Occasionally the message "This module hit a timeout. This is a BUG!" shows up in a query from *route_replies. More often than not this is caused by the IRC server not responding to a request that has been sent and is generally nothing to worry about. If you're getting this more regular and the IRC server is not the issue, please let us know!
